1.Shipping Area (USA free shipping)


We Currently Only Ship To Locations Within The United States And It Is Free Shipping (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, And Islands).


We ship scooters by FedEx.




2.Delivery Time


For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.


In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 2 days.)


For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. It may take 1-3 business days for your shipment to be scanned by FedEx. 

Standard Shipping United States 3-10 business days.

3.Shipping Changes


- There is no fee to change your address before we provide you with a tracking number.

- When the package has been delivered to FEDEX (the tracking number may not have updated logistics information at this time, because the package is still on the way to the FEDEX warehouse or FEDEX has not yet scanned it), a $30 interception or address change fee will be charged.


- After notifying FEDEX that the interception of the package is not 100% successful, we will contact the customer to refuse it. If the interception is not successful, the package will be delivered to the customer's address, and the customer will need to bear the courier fee of US$200. If the interception is successful (for example the package is delivered to If the shipment is intercepted between the warehouse and the customer's address, the customer will be required to bear a courier fee of US$100, which will be determined by the FEDEX bill).




4.Order Tracking
